How do you keep list growth consistent between bundles? 👀

I’ve been growing my list through contributing to bundles and recently hosted a bundle and didn’t have another bundle lined up as a contributor for a week or so afterwards and looking at my data from the last 60 days, the pattern is pretty clear - my subscriber growth is very event-dependent. Bundles and launches create spikes. Between them, daily growth is slow and steady at best.

I'm actively working on building more consistency in the gaps with daily actions, showing up in communities, email content but I'm curious what's actually worked for others.

Specifically:

Do you have anything running in the background that generates consistent low-level list growth without needing bundles?

Or do you lean into the spike-and-maintain model and just plan your events strategically?

I don’t have enough offers to go back to back bundles all the time and there are some offers I’ll always reserve that won’t be in bundles…
