Living in Rhythm is happening in 6 days
🥵 Feeling hot, overwhelmed, or mentally "on" all the time?
Here's a simple cooling breath practice you can return to whenever you notice excess heat building—whether that's in your body, your emotions, or your mind. In Ayurveda, summer naturally increases Pitta dosha, which can leave us feeling more irritable, inflamed, impatient, or restless. One of the quickest ways to soothe that inner fire is through the breath. Take a few moments to practise along with the video and notice how you feel afterwards. Sometimes just one minute is enough to help your nervous system soften. 💚 Would you like more? Comment COOL below, and I'll send you: 🌿 A list of cooling Ayurvedic foods to enjoy this season. 🌬️ Two more simple breathing practices to help cool the body, calm the mind, and support your nervous system. Let's keep our inner fire balanced this summer. ☀️

This is how we always begin in Sacred Vitality Collective.
Before anything else — before the sharing, the questions, the catching up — we gather our prana first. A few quiet breaths together, nothing more for this Thursday's check-in. And if today has left you wired and tired, if you're carrying more than you've said out loud, if you're craving connection but don't quite have words for it yet — come breathe with me for a moment, right here, as you're reading this. Breathe in gently through your nose. And let the exhale be a little longer than the inhale, with no force at all. Again, in your own time. In... And a longer, softer out. That's it. Let your shoulders drop, just slightly. Breathe in gently through the nose. And let the exhale be a little longer and softer than the inhale, with no force in it at all. Once more, in your own time. In... and a longer, gentler out. That's it. That's the whole practice. The breath is already here, it doesn´t ask for perfection. Prana doesn't ask for more than your honest attention, a few breaths at a time. This is the heart of what we return to together every week in here — coming back, again and again, to what's already breathing you. If your body needed that today, I'd love to know. A little steadier now? A little more here? With love, Amrita

In Under 16 Minutes You Will Know Exactly Who You Are and How to Heal Her
Sisters, it´s Friday. I hope you are enjoying the weather outside I made something for you when you are ready to relax. I'm going to show you exactly why you keep burning out. And it has nothing to do with your schedule, your supplements, or how well you know your dosha. So be ready to be surprised... in the best way possible. It's going to be through meeting the seven women living inside you — and finally understanding which one has been running the show. Because if you don't know which archetype is driving your patterns, you will keep burning out no matter how much you rest. Step One: Catch yourself the moment you push through instead of pause. I know that sounds simple, but most women completely miss when this is happening. And that moment is everything. I'll tell you exactly what I mean — and then let's meet the other 7 archetypes together. You will meet the Mystic Muse, the Focused Flame, the Earth Priestess, the Creative Leader, the Contemplative Mystic, the Steadfast Warrior, and the Sacred Alchemist. One of them is you. When you find her — pause. Name her in the comments here or on the video. That moment of recognition is where the real healing begins. ▶ Watch here: https://youtu.be/VCx-InzXCgo △ Ready to go deeper? Who is ready to 🌼 LIVING RHYTHM Ayurveda, Dinacharya & the Modern Nervous System From: Depleted. Scattered. Dull. → to → Steady. Clear. Alive. There are three states I keep seeing in women right now. In this Thursday’s workshop we are diving into: 𓁺 Ayurvedic nervous system healing 𓁺 Dinacharya as medicine 𓁺 Why rhythm creates safety in the body 𓁺 The real reason consistency feels hard 𓁺 The depleted, scattered & dull nervous system states 𓁺 How to create a daily rhythm that actually supports your hormones, digestion, emotions & vitality This is not about becoming perfect. It is about becoming rooted enough to hear yourself again. If you’ve been craving: ✨ steadiness ✨ clarity ✨ energy ✨ softness ✨ structure without pressure ✨ healing that feels nourishing instead of punishing… this one is for you. ⚡️The fire behind your fire — and why so many of us are burning through it
My loves, This week's video is one I have been wanting to make for a long time. We talk a lot about the doshas — Vata, Pitta, Kapha — and they are a beautiful map. But underneath them live three even more refined intelligences. Subtle essences that Ayurveda calls Prana, Tejas, and Ojas. These are not concepts to understand with the mind. They are things you recognise in your body the moment someone names them. Tejas is the fire behind perception. The brilliance that lets you metabolise not just food — but emotion, experience, and truth. And right now, as we move deeper into Pitta season, I am seeing the same pattern in so many women: - The exhaustion that rest doesn't touch - The irritability that arrives before you can catch it - The relentless inner voice saying more, sharper, better - The creative flatness that feels like failure but isn't This is often Tejas — either burning in excess, or quietly running dry. And the antidote is not more discipline. It is Ojas. It is nourishment. It is the kind of rest that actually restores. In this video we go deep into: • How these energies affect vitality and emotional balance • Signs your inner energy is depleted • Why modern lifestyles weaken resilience and clarity • Gentle ways to nourish your vital essence naturally Ojas is the vessel. Tejas is the flame. Without enough Ojas, even a gentle fire begins to consume what it was meant to illuminate. And when you've watched, come back and share below: Where do you recognise yourself — Tejas balanced, depleted, or in excess? What is your fire asking for right now? I will be in the comments. I love hearing how these teachings land in your particular life.
