This is how we always begin in Sacred Vitality Collective.
Before anything else — before the sharing, the questions, the catching up — we gather our prana first.
A few quiet breaths together, nothing more for this Thursday's check-in.
And if today has left you wired and tired, if you're carrying more than you've said out loud, if you're craving connection but don't quite have words for it yet — come breathe with me for a moment, right here, as you're reading this.
Breathe in gently through your nose.
And let the exhale be a little longer than the inhale, with no force at all.
Again, in your own time.

That's it.
Let your shoulders drop, just slightly.

That's it. That's the whole practice. The breath is already here, it doesn´t ask for perfection. Prana doesn't ask for more than your honest attention, a few breaths at a time.
This is the heart of what we return to together every week in here — coming back, again and again, to what's already breathing you.
