Today’s Check-In Question:
What’s one thing your body or spirit is asking for today? We spend so much time pushing through, showing up, doing the next thing… But most of us rarely pause long enough to hear the request underneath it all. Sometimes it’s: - “Please give me water.” - “I need softness.” - “I need a boundary.” - “I want movement.” - “I need quiet.” - “I want connection.” - “I need to be witnessed.” - “I need rest without guilt.” Mini Insight: Holistic healing starts with listening to the smallest signals — the ones we usually ignore because they seem too simple to matter. 🔥Conversation Starter: What is your body or spirit quietly asking for today? (One word or one sentence is totally enough.)
November Full Moon Ritual
A night for release, truth-telling, and the soft untangling of old energy. The November full moon has always carried a particular kind of charge — a mix of clarity, honesty, and quiet transformation. Across many traditions, this full moon is seen as a time when: - the veil between our inner world and outer life grows thinner - hidden truths rise gently to the surface - unresolved emotions ask to be witnessed - old patterns loosen their grip - intuition becomes louder and clearer It’s a moon of illumination, not through brightness alone, but through depth — the kind of clarity that comes from finally admitting what we already knew. This moon often asks: - What am I holding onto that is weighing me down? - Where am I dimming myself? - What is ready to be released, even if just 1%? It doesn’t require a dramatic ritual. Sometimes the most powerful thing is simply telling the truth to yourself. 🌕 Full Moon Prompt: What truth is becoming harder to ignore this month? It can be one sentence, one word, or even a feeling you don’t have language for yet. Just name what’s rising.
Happy Thanksgiving!!
Let’s start a gratitude list! Feel free to add to this whenever you think of something.
Let’s talk Yule! 🌟
Do you celebrate the winter solstice or Yule? If so, what are some of your favorite traditions? Every winter, I start making these orange garland that I used to decorate the tree and our house. It’s really fun! I am planning a craft night soon so we can all make them together at the hearth.
