This is not about perfection. Substitutions are always welcome, and you definitely donโt need to follow this to the T. Think of the recipes and daily menu as a guide, not a rulebook.
I added two shopping lists, plus what Iโve already grabbed to make it easier for you to jump in. If youโre missing something, unsure about an ingredient, or need a swap, drop a comment or shoot me a message. Weโll figure it out together.
