Omega-3s (Full Mega)
When I first heard about omega-3s and Full-Mega from 1st phorm I I said… what even is that? 😂 I had no clue how important omega-3s actually are for overall health. Now it’s something I don’t go a single day without. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed personally is the difference in my joints and recovery especially with how active I am. Between workouts, running, walks, and just constantly being on the go. I can 100% tell when I haven’t taken it consistently. One little switch that’s made a big difference for me!! When I first started working at a coffee shop I quickly discovered how many extra calories, sugars, ingredients are in syrups we put in our coffee daily! I was flabbergasted when I realized one drink can be a whole days worth of macros! Instead of loading my coffee up with creamer and sugar, and syrups I switched to salted caramel collagen instead and personally I think it tastes way better anyways 🤎 It still gives me that sweet coffee moment I love, but with added protein instead of just a sugar crash later. Gooey Butter Cake! Enough Said!
OKAY but Gooey Butter Cake Level-1 might be one of the most dangerous flavors yet 🤤😂 I’m already thinking: - Ninja Creamis - mixed into yogurt - in iced coffee - protein oats - honestly probably just shaken with milk because I know it’s gonna taste THAT good This is exactly why I love finding ways to make hitting protein actually FUN instead of feeling boring or repetitive. Hydration 💧
Friendly reminder that drinking more water isn’t always enough… especially if you’re active, outside more, sweating, drinking caffeine, or working out.
