One little switch that’s made a big difference for me!!
When I first started working at a coffee shop I quickly discovered how many extra calories, sugars, ingredients are in syrups we put in our coffee daily! I was flabbergasted when I realized one drink can be a whole days worth of macros!
Instead of loading my coffee up with creamer and sugar, and syrups I switched to salted caramel collagen instead and personally I think it tastes way better anyways 🤎
It still gives me that sweet coffee moment I love, but with added protein instead of just a sugar crash later. Little changes like that really do add up over time.
Never letting my coffee hold me back again!
