Technical difficulty watching videos on this site

I love watching people’s progress, but for some reason I can never watch the videos posted here by just clicking on the video icon. I get a pop-up “No preview available,” with an option to download. Sometimes that works—I download it to my gDrive and then open it from there—but more and more lately, after I click on “Download,” I get a new message, “Couldn’t download.” 😟 I use the Skool app on either my iPhone or my iPad. Anyone else using iOS encounter this issue? Ideas how to get around it? I hate missing all the skating action!
