1 on 1 Monthly Calls
Hi guys hope you are good today.
We had a lot of comments come in about providing some more feedback on people’s training and we’ve been looking into that this week. Given that there are time zone challenges there may be a couple of different options that suit different people.
Maybe it’s in text message format where we review your training.
We could use loom to send you recordings of us analysing your training and giving feedback that way.
But for now we are happy to trial using Zoom as the main way to do it (if this doesn’t suit you then we can look into other options of course!). So I am available from 11am Madrid time (GMT +1) to 10pm from Monday to Sunday over the next 2 weeks anyways.
Just message me on Skool and we can arrange a time.
If you can’t figure out how to message me then reply to this post and I’ll message you - it can be a little bit tricky to message somebody who you haven’t contacted previously on this app. Then you let me know a time and date and I’ll send you a zoom link. First come first served. If somebody only has a very small window where they are available then I’ll do my best to move people around and make it work for everybody.
I am going to run most of them for the time being while we figure out this best way to do it. For those on the higher tier you can arrange with Anthony.
What to do before the call:
Have a good think about what you want to talk about. I want to keep these calls strict to relevant training related talk. And any real life issues that influence how you are able to train or affect you mentally eg. Sick family member, your work situation or something - we will try to avoid chit chat about how clear the skies are at your house compared to mine. We can use Skool for the more casual conversations with each other and share what we want to share that way. I hope that makes sense.
In terms of feedback as a coach. If the plan is suiting the athlete and they are completing everything perfectly then there is genuinely no major feedback to give here. Obviously a well done is deserved but if you are happy with the plan and you are executing it to perfection then there isn’t a huge amount to say. Of course we can try to see how we can improve things but please have a couple of points that you wish to raise. The more you put into it the more you will get out of it. I won’t have too much of an agenda so I expect you to dictate the call with what you want to talk about. I hope that makes sense! (Unless you are making some mistakes in training or have room for improvement that I can point out, then we will discuss these areas of course.)
I had a call with Nick last night and it worked really well so I am looking forward to meeting you all individually over the next while!
