Transit crankcase pressure

Pulling my hair out here because “customers always right”

Got a transit 2.0 ecoblue, I’ve put a head on it and the customer took it away and is complaining of too much crank pressure and smoke out the oil filler with the cap off, I’ve put a pressure transducer in the oil filler and this is my waveform, my question is does it look right, is 300mBar too much crank pressure in a 2.0ecoblue.

Any thoughts or suggestions please!!!
