Turkey Trot tomorrow!
Feeling good this morning. Down 96lbs since February, as of this morning! All of my numbers are in normal ranges now!
Tomorrow will be my first ever 5k run since leaving the Army in 1990. A huge personal milestone, at 59 years of age!
