Slip stitch slipped ☹️

Hi all. The slip stitch on today’s tie has begun to unravel. I’m not sure why or where, but I seem to recall that this is bad. As in, it cannot be easily remedied. Can anyone confirm or reject this? It appears as though my normal tailor should be able to amend it but any guidance from those previously and similarly afflicted would be greatly appreciated!
