Looking for ideas for wedding (Groom)

My fiance and I are getting married. The ceremony will take place at our home (80 acre cattle ranch in front of the large barn) and is themed "Why Knot". Formal attire is NOT required, but still trying to keep it classy.

Looking for ideas for dress that are classy, but fun. Perhaps a non-traditional cut. Black is my favorite color with stainless/titanium accents. Not a big fan of bow ties.
