5 Golden Rings and no teenage witches in sight

I acquired the gold and red Polo tie almost 10 years before the Harry Potter book was even written but the tie is rarely worn because of having similar colors to the Gryffindor house colors in the HP movies- I get weary of the comments. While I am a big fan of fantasy books and most of their subsequent movies (LOR, Hobbit, Dune) and I do like the old boarding school vibe of the Harry Potter universe, I fall asleep every time I watch the HP movies

For me the bright yellow and bright red tie just fits the Ivy League look I like.

I grabbed my reworked HSM wool navy blazer, a white Oxford with French cuffs and Guinness cufflinks, a Christmas gifted floral with gold pocket square, khaki pants and Waxhide loafers for today’s blazer challenge on the fifth day of Christmas…
