Share Your Wins 🏆 READ THIS FIRST
This is where we stack the evidence. Every man in here has spent years building proof that he can't trust himself. Promises broken. Mondays that never stuck. "Just one" that turned into the whole night. That proof is why you doubt yourself. This page is where you build the opposite. Every win you post is evidence that you're becoming a man who keeps his word. And your brain needs that evidence, because the old voice is going to keep telling you you're the same guy who always folds. Prove it wrong right here. NO WIN IS TOO SMALL. Day 3 sober? Post it. Hit your protein for the first time all week? Post it. Went to the gym on a day you wanted to lay on the couch? Post it. Drove past the bar after a shit day and went home instead? Definitely post it. Down 10 pounds. Ran your first mile. Made it through a wedding sober. Your wife said she's proud of you. Your kid asked you to play and you had the energy to say yes. Post all of it. The small wins are what build the big ones. Nobody goes from drinking every day to sober and shredded overnight. You get there one won day at a time. HOW TO POST YOUR WIN: 1. Day # sober 2. Your win (big or small, just be specific) 3. What it means to you, or what you did to make it happen Photos are welcome. Progress pics, scorecards, the gym, whatever. THE RULES: - Post at least one win every week. If you can't find one, you're not looking hard enough or you're not doing enough. Both are fixable. - When you see a brother's win, hype him up. Comment, don't just like it. A guy fighting to stay sober needs to hear that someone noticed. - Never compare your win to another man's. The guy on day 4 and the guy on year 4 are fighting the same fight. Your old life gave you plenty of reasons to doubt yourself. Let's give you better ones. Drop your first win below. 👇 — Michael

Welcome to the Brotherhood 👊 START HERE
I drank for over 20 years. Alcohol cost me my marriage, jobs, businesses and my freedom more than once. I tried to quit more times than I can count, and I never made it more than a week. On August 8, 2020, in the middle of a two-day bender, something in me broke. I told my roommate to pour everything down the drain, and that was my last drink. But here's what nobody told me: the first year and a half of my sobriety sucked. I took away the alcohol and changed nothing else. Same habits, same lack of discipline, same mindset. I was one bad day away from throwing it all away. What changed everything was the gym. Training hard every day built the discipline, structure, and mental toughness I needed to handle life without a bottle in my hand. I've now got over 6 years of continuous sobriety, and I've helped well over 100 men get sober, get in the best shape of their lives, and completely change their lives. That's what this community is built on: GETTING SOBER ISN'T ENOUGH. You have to build the mental toughness to handle life without using alcohol as a crutch, an escape, or a way to numb out. The gym is the best place to do that. WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO GET OUT OF THIS: • A clear game plan. The Sobriety Blueprint shows you step by step how to quit drinking and stay sober. • Tools for the hard moments: cravings, nights out, bad days, slips. Every resource in here was built for a real situation you're going to face. • A body you're proud of. Workout plans, fitness guides, and nutrition resources to get you sober and shredded. • Your word back. Every promise you keep to yourself is evidence you can trust yourself again. • Brothers in your corner. Men who know exactly what you're going through and won't let you fold when shit gets hard. • Direct access to me. Bring your questions to Ask Me Anything and I'll give you straight answers. No fluff. YOUR FIRST MOVE: INTRODUCE YOURSELF Don't just creep around. Make a post right now and tell us: 1. Your name, age, and where you're from 2. Your life right now: work, family, what's on your plate 3. Where you're at with drinking. Be honest; nobody here is judging you 4. Why now? What made you decide enough is enough? 5. What you want your life (and your body) to look like 12 months from now
