Spotlight of the week goes to Karen! 🎊🎉🙌🏻
This week we recognise Karen! She has shown up, she has created her boundaries, she has not tried to be perfect but she has shown up with love and consistency in her healing. This week we lift up Karen as proof that when you show up anything is possible to live your life on your terms. Well done for giving yourself permission to stand in your own frame and most importantly show up for yourself. Much love 🙌🏻
