I’m back baby!!!! and a lot is changing.
Hey everyone 👋
I wanted to take a moment to properly reintroduce myself here.
For those who are new, I’m Paul.
And for those who’ve been here a while, thank you for staying.
The truth is, the last season has been one of deep internal shifts for me.
Letting go of old versions, old roles, and the pressure to always have the answers or hold everything together.
This year inside this space is about something different.
Less noise.
More depth.
More embodiment.
In 2026, this community is moving into:
• Deeper inner child and nervous system work
• More honesty around anger, grief, and identity shifts
• Real integration — not just insight
• Clearer boundaries and higher standards
• Supporting those who are ready to act, not just talk
You’ll also see changes in how I show up — more aligned, more present, and more rooted in lived experience as I take this work into workshops, rooms, and real-world spaces.
This is still a safe space.
But it’s no longer a space for staying stuck.
