Good morning everyone.
Before we talk about healing, I want you to pause for a moment and be honest with yourself.
What part of your life right now are you still waiting for someone else to fix?
Trauma can leave us feeling stuck, powerless, and waiting for someone to come and rescue us. But real healing begins the moment you decide that you are responsible for your own nervous system, your own growth, and your own future.
That doesn’t mean what happened to you was your fault. It means your healing is your responsibility. And that is actually where your power is.
So today I want you to answer this in the comments:
👉 What is one small thing you can do this week that your future self will thank you for?
It could be:
• Setting one boundary
• Moving your body
• Saying no without guilt
• Asking for support
• Sitting with an emotion instead of avoiding it
There is no perfection here. Just progress.
