She mentioned it as I was leaving. From there, I walked her through the home and gave an honest, simple, pressure‑free assessment. I explained every discovery in a way she could understand. I let the quiet moments breathe. I trusted the process we train on. By the end of the visit, she asked if I could replace the whole unit so they could get heat ASAP. I collected a down payment, and the install is happening tomorrow. Before I left, she was so happy with the experience that she agreed to do a quick video — short and simple, but it said everything.
