Yesterday I saw a Facebook post from someone frustrated with No heat in the home, and a disabled person living there. Because I’m a little tech‑savvy, I was able to track down their phone number and reach out to them immediately on Sunday — and I’m really glad I did. First thing this morning, I showed up to her home presentable, respectful, and ready to serve. I wore shoe covers. I respected her space. I communicated clearly. And yes — I even smelled good. She mentioned it as I was leaving. From there, I walked her through the home and gave an honest, simple, pressure‑free assessment. I explained every discovery in a way she could understand. I let the quiet moments breathe. I trusted the process we train on. By the end of the visit, she asked if I could replace the whole unit so they could get heat ASAP. I collected a down payment, and the install is happening tomorrow. Before I left, she was so happy with the experience that she agreed to do a quick video — short and simple, but it said everything. What meant the most to me wasn’t the sale. It was realizing how every part of our training and culture showed up today: • Show up prepared • Show up presentable • Respect the home • Communicate with clarity • Lead with value • Let trust build naturally To the team: this is what we’re about. This is why we slow down, why we listen, why we take pride in the details. People feel it. They notice it. And it makes a difference. Proud of what we’re building together.
