Day 7 challenge

What i did well: Sent 52 texts starting at 530 this evening. I received 3 replies - all said they aren't doing anything this year. So that felt like a bust. I'll try again tomorrow earlier in the day to a similar profile. Met an investor cash buyer who will be a real option for sellers. I approached him when I saw the "We buy houses" sticker on his car in the parking lot behind a townhouse listing i had that was closing today.

Challenges: spent a lot of time in the car without a plan to maximize phone calls and other texts. Made a choice to pay pickleball at 9pm instead of working on Day 7 challenge item. So ill make it up in the early am if I can get to sleep tonight!
