Day 2 challenge update
Here’s my Day 2 update. My goals are 4 conversations, 2 appointments, and 1 presentation per day. Today I finished with 2 conversations and 0 appointments. There were a few solid wins. I started early with exercise and walking the dog, which helped me follow the structure I set up yesterday. I also spent extra time with my team on conversation practice, which was helpful even though it pushed my prospecting back a bit. Where I slipped was not planning who I was going to call. That missing piece slowed me down and made it harder to get momentum. I also spent a two-hour block helping my newest team member get set up in our system. Looking back, I should have delegated that to my Director of Operations so I’m not the one doing data setup. Staying up too late last night caught up with me too. By the afternoon I was dragging and ended up taking a short nap just to reset. I made a final push at the end of the day to try to hit my numbers, but I came up short. The good news is that I’m seeing where the gaps are: better call prep, stronger delegation, and protecting my energy earlier in the day. I’m committed to making Day 3 more focused and more intentional.

“better call prep” hit me hard. THIS is what I need help with as well for sure.
Day 1is done ;) Getting this in before we do day 2 challenge sesion.
I absolutely love this being on the Skool platform. It makes finding things and the flow of what's next go very well. My goal yesterday was 3 appointments, 5 conversations. (didn't have time for a presentation on this day nor one set up) What went well. -I have really streamlined my calendar to include each and every aspect, from up at 5:15 for my morning routine bible, get ready ect. to taking Gage to school at 7:15, to all trainings incorporated, my appoinments and all...If I am doing it, it's on there. That is helping the fly by the seat of my pants adhd brain tremendously. ( I have fought this detailed calendar forever and I don't know why) So that is a win. -I am starting to better grasp incorporating Chat gpt and it is making things much easier. -I was able to meet my goal and one of my appointments has resulted in a buyer under contract! I don't have any improvement items as of now.

This is basically me right now - I am working very hard to reign this all in with 2 admin and 4 agents it's a bear. Sunny days ahead! Anyone got some tweaks they have made that have made a difference?

Day 2 Challenge Update
While I expected yesterday to be better than Wednesday, it turned out to be less effective on the money making activities. I have a transaction that I'm trying to get to the finish line and it feels like I'm trying to reel in a Marlin. It ended up taking a significant amount of my energy and day yesterday. I also attended a Broker training for a few hours yesterday that conflicted with our daily training call, unfortunately. The good news is that the training was on Building Next Year's Business Plan so it gave me a chance to keep trying out and learning Chat GPT. I was only able to get about 10 calls in and only had 2 great conversations with past clients who are on my warm list. I think I need to figure out how to organize my call list, with notes & contact info, the night before so I'm better prepared on who to call. I don't have any new leads coming in right now and the AI calling integration is broken at the moment so it's not calling any of my old leads either. Certainly need to make lead gen a priority asap. Chrissy was nice enough to help me strategize on some other lead sources, thank you @Chrissy Young. And I was able to squeeze in another workout yesterday as well, thank goodness. Looking to do better today.
Day 1 Challenge Update
First of all, journaling has never been my thing so consciously making the effort to log my day here and also in Chat GPT is going to be a bit of a new challenge and muscle builder for me. So, my apologies for the delay here already. Wednesday was a very busy day. I wanted to start off my new perfect schedule and day with a workout and was proud of myself for getting an hour of gym work in Wednesday morning before work, along with about 20 minutes of meditation.I'm hoping the pre-office workout is feasible in my schedule. I'd also love to continue the habit of mediation and working out before work each day. The rest of my day at the office was busy. A lot to learn with the REN systems and recreating an explosive, successful business. Spent hours in the system reading, watching the training videos, going through contacts in the CRM , etc. Ended up working a 12-hour day, didn't leave the office until almost 11pm. I'm not sure I can sustain a 12-hour work day, nor do I want to. My ultimate goal would be to cut that in half and work 6-hour work days and still earn $75K/month. I didn't get as many calls completed Wednesday, only about 9 or 10 (resulting in just 6 (albeit long) conversations, because of other tasks that crept into the day like managing repairs for a listing I am servicing, meeting with a potential seller, being on several zoom calls and trainings and catching up on the prep work and videos for the 30 Day Challenge. Only 1 appointment booked today, which resulted in just 1 presentation. No listings signed. No referrals given or received. So, while I got a lot done, I don't feel like I got nearly enough completed. Especially for working a 12-hour day. I'd like to improve my efficiency and number of calls. I definitely need to get better at figuring out what to say to people I haven't talked to in a while.
