My buyer's inspection went well! Which is good, because I also have the seller lol so I guess that contract I mentioned the other day is actually 2. What didn't go well. Didn't get a listing from Monday's consult. They did not like the realistic approach on price as another agent assured them it would go about $30k higher. Maybe he will call back after it is still on the market come spring. :) NEXT
Day 6 log
Outreach- reg text, video text, several Facebook messages. Going through Facebook feed and commenting/engaging naturally not just everything I see ect. 5 convos, 2 app booked 1 New listing - goes live next Wed. Same improvement needed: FOCUS limit distractions of answering emails, texts, or phone when I'm working on something...it causes the ADHD squirrels to run wild around me for hours if I give in :)

Day 5
Hit my daily goals crm, daily calls, had 6 conversations. 1 contract-sale pending Had 1 listing appointment (hoping to sign listing paperwork tomorrow) What I need to work on is more time blocking / less distractions to keep setting up my back office systems and flow.
Day 2 check in
Yesterday I had 2 conversations, made it to the training, & had an inspection at 2pm that ended up in a termination of contract due to the condition. We left around 6:30. I did not accomplish all I had planned. A win: Other than the termination and the inspection running long, I stuck to a schedule the first part of the day.
Day 1is done ;) Getting this in before we do day 2 challenge sesion.
I absolutely love this being on the Skool platform. It makes finding things and the flow of what's next go very well. My goal yesterday was 3 appointments, 5 conversations. (didn't have time for a presentation on this day nor one set up) What went well. -I have really streamlined my calendar to include each and every aspect, from up at 5:15 for my morning routine bible, get ready ect. to taking Gage to school at 7:15, to all trainings incorporated, my appoinments and all...If I am doing it, it's on there. That is helping the fly by the seat of my pants adhd brain tremendously. ( I have fought this detailed calendar forever and I don't know why) So that is a win. -I am starting to better grasp incorporating Chat gpt and it is making things much easier. -I was able to meet my goal and one of my appointments has resulted in a buyer under contract! I don't have any improvement items as of now.
