We are a B2B lead generation agency specialized in the IT industry in Europe, and we are looking to hire an experienced cold caller for our clients’ outbound projects. We are currently hiring for up to three active B2B SaaS projects.
Freelancers only. No employee contracts.
Job scope
- Your only responsibility is cold calling and scheduling meetings
- Everything else is handled for you so you can focus 100% on calling
- The work is fully remote
What you’ll be calling
- B2B technology decision-makers across Europe
- Primary markets: UK, Belgium, Romania, Luxembourg, Denmark, Estonia, Malta, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Hungary
- Additional European countries added over time
- Enterprise and mid-market companies
- B2B SaaS solutions with clear product-market fit and strong demand

Project 1
- Average meeting booking rate: ~25%
- Show-up rate: ~80%
- Compensation: 90€ per meeting that takes place
Project 2
- Average meeting booking rate: ~20%
- Show-up rate: ~90%
- Compensation: 110€ per meeting that takes place
Project 3
- Average meeting booking rate: ~22%
- Show-up rate: ~95%
- Compensation: 140€ per meeting that takes place
Compensation
- Performance-based pay depending on the assigned project (90€–140€ per meeting)
- Expected earnings range depending on performance and project
- No unpaid prep work – everything is ready
- Monthly payment
Schedule and quota
- You choose your own working hours
- Minimum monthly quota: 10 booked meetings
- Maximum monthly quota: 18 booked meetings
- You can pace yourself freely as long as the minimum quota is reached
Contract and duration
- We have long contracts with our clients
- The contract between you and us is indefinite
- You can stop the collaboration at any point
Requirements
- Proven B2B cold calling experience
- Straightforward attitude – you understand that results require action
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
- Strong objection handling skills
- Professional phone presence
- Reliable and consistent performance
Nice to have
- Experience in tech sales, specifically SaaS solutions
- Ability to speak a local language in any of the target countries
