Magnesium and triphala, probiotics, and occasional Wormwood for digestive system support and Smooth Moving BMs
Blood Builder Iron supplement since I tend towards anemia
Gymnema and Berberine for blood sugar balance support
St John’s Wort, Ashwagandha, and healthy mushrooms for mental health support
I don’t hate any supplements but I did try L-Theanine once, it’s supposed to help with stress relief, and it made me super anxious!
