In Books to Thrive, we use books to learn, to heal, and to thrive!
When I got curious about Intermittent Fasting, I went to the library and got all the books I could find about the topic. I read those books and created a plan for myself that felt good and made sense.
That plan helped me to release over 70 pounds in less than 6 months, after years of not being able to release weight in any notable way. Intermittent Fasting may or may not be interesting to you, that’s not actually the point :)
The point IS…if we read books that we are curious about and act on what we learn in them, we can transform our lives!
How to participate in Books to Thrive?
1.) Vote for the book that’s most interesting to you, in the poll below
2.) Whatever book gets picked, go to your local library, Libby, your local bookstore, or Amazon and get the book.
3. ) Read the book. Share any insights or ahas that come up for you in the Thrive Community
4.) Look out for the Live Books to Thrive Zoom meetup, join live to chat more about the book :)
