Super SLOW weight lifting…yay or nay?
I personally love doing some repetitions of super slow weight lifting.
It helps me to feel like I’m getting a good workout and really working my muscles even with my small 5 and 3 lb dumb bells. I often put them together to make 8.
What do you think, yay or nay on slow weight lifting?
