Joy Challenge!
You have until May 31 to join the Joy Challenge and the chance to win a prize!
Let’s practice cultivating and acknowledging joy in our lives!
1.). Post a picture of something non-food related that brings you joy, pleasure, or comfort, along with a few words about why/how brings you joy. You can post below or create a whole new post!
2.) Comment on at least three people’s Joy Posts, give them some love!
Let’s practice activating our dopamine sensors through strategies that don’t involve food! The more we can consciously cultivate joy, the less we need to turn to food for the feelings of joy, pleasure, and comfort.
The top 3 most engaged community members in this challenge will get a special prize! You’re welcome to post multiple times, just make sure that you also comment and give some love to other people and their posts!
We will run this challenge until May 31st, so take some time and spread some joy!
My Joy Post is a picture of my family hiking. It feels so good to be out in nature, doing something active together and challenging ourselves! Hiking brings me so much joy, it makes me positively giddy!
