Beyond resolutions and intentions is the 30-day pledge.
The 30-day pledge is a loving commitment to yourself, that helps you to upgrade your health, wellbeing, and ultimately your life.
It’s also time bound.
You can do anything for 30 days!
I invite you to take the pledge with me, if and when you’re ready.
The rules…
1.) Pick 1-3 things you’d like to take a break from for 30 days. Could be food, habits, or something else. What would make the biggest difference for you?
For me, it’s sugar, dairy, and grains. I want to have a healthy, happy gut, and these substances don’t support that for me. Taking a break from them would feel good to my body.
2.) Pick 1-3 things you’d like to do daily for 30 days. Could be practical, purely fun, or a mix of both.
Nature hates a vacuum, so it’s important to add things in when you are taking something out .
The things I plan to add or continue daily…writing down 5 exciting goals, making a video of any length, and doing at least 10 minutes of intentional movement.
3.) Write the pledge on a piece of paper, take a picture, and share it in the comments below.
Or write it in the comments first by copying and pasting and then write it on a piece of paper.
If you choose the latter, remember to come back and share a picture of your written pledge in the comments! It’s important to do this in physical writing.
4.) Put your written pledge somewhere where you can see it daily
Optional: Start a Personal Accountability Thread in the Thrive Community to share how your Pledge is going. Update it daily or weekly, whatever feels best.
You can start on whatever day you’re ready. It can be today, tomorrow, or someday next week.

I deserve to give myself this purposeful time and truly see how I feel when I follow this pledge. I deserve to live a life of health, vitality, and purpose.
