Happy Relaxation Saturday!
This is our weekly opportunity to reflect on what we can do to build deep relaxation into our lives.
The more we spend time in relaxation, especially DEEP relaxation/meditation/prayer, the more we engage alpha and Theta brain wavelengths.
These are the wavelengths that connect us to our intuition, creativity, and flow.
The more time we spend in these wavelengths, the easier EVERYTHiNg becomes.
Everything from building healthy habits to becoming more focused in our business flows better when we are not constantly in fight or flight mode.
I’m reading about beta, alpha, and theta wavelengths right now in ’s wonderful book, Practical Wealth Attraction.
