Confession: I recognize the benefits of this practice, and yet I do NOT like feeling cold, esp as someone who’s had anemia, which makes you even colder.
So, the only time I play with this is at a nearby hot springs where I can jump into a pool of 103 degrees after the cold plunge. I also do cold water at the end of showers and that feels pretty good.
