I’ve noticed that most recruitment businesses rely on a commission-based model, where income only comes after closing a deal and completing the candidate’s probation period (which can take 1–6 months depending on the company).
For someone just starting out without high volume or pipeline, this seems very high-risk.
Do you have advice on this? Do you use different business models, or have a clearer/ bigger vision for recruitment that works better in the early stages? Any insights would be really appreciated!"
