I'm starting a recruiting agency in the allied healthcare niche, however, I'm not sure if cold email or linkedin outreach would work in this niche, and I'm not sure what platforms to get potential candidates from. Is there anyone here already doing well in the niche and if so, how do you go about finding candidates?
