How to start?
Hello everyone,
I'm new. I just opened my solo recruitment agency and im struggling. When you pick the phone and cold call, what do you say? How do you guide the conversation in your favour? Do you go straight to the point? What do you say when they say that they are not interested or that they don't work with agencies? Please help me out😊
