May Monthly Reset - Week 3
Week 3 for those taking on the monthly reset challenge. This week's theme is: Engage It is all about building confidence & connection. This week is about challenging yourself, in whatever way this looks for you, perhaps: 🌳 Walking a new or more challenging route 🌳 Learning a new skills 🌳 Explore a new location Whatever you choose your challenge to be, it should be slightly uncomfortable for you. Not so much that it is off-putting, but just stretching that comfort zone ever so slightly to encourage growth. Presence Goal: Reduce stress & anxiety - Now we layer in mindfulness. Daily actions 🗓️ Try the PACE method: - Pause - Acknowledge - Connect (to breath or surroundings) - Engage -Walk slower than usual (yes, intentionally slower). Challenge of the week: - 1 x “No phone walk” (20 mins) - Spend 15 minutes in one spot without distraction 💭Reflection: “What did you notice when you slowed down?” Drop it in the comments below 👇🏼

Let's set out a very simple actions plan that you can use this month to support your wellbeing by getting outdoors. Recalibrate Outdoors: May Action Plan Theme: Reset your mind. Rebuild your energy. One step outside at a time. 🧭 How it works Time commitment: 10–30 mins daily Goal: Consistency over intensity Rule #1: Done > Perfect Rule #2: Phone stays away unless needed 🟢 Week 1: Step Outside (Awareness) Goal: Build the habit Keep it simple. We're just getting people out the door. Daily actions (choose one): 10-minute walk (no music, just awareness) Sit outside with a drink Notice 5 things you can see, 4 you can hear, 3 you can feel Reflection: “Where did you step outside today?” Why it matters: This taps into attention restoration. Nature gently pulls the brain out of stress mode without effort.
