I have studied many different forms of movement, from the many different styles of Yoga, to Tai Chi, Calisthenics, Pilates, Gymnastics....the list goes on and continues to grow! I am also a massage therapist by trade and absolutely love learning the amazing abilities our body's have.
The ability our bodies have to heal themselves is very, very underrated and I hope to share and inspire you to trust this. To trust your own body's incredible functioning abilities. People rely so much on the outside world, always looking for something wrong within the self! I truly believe all you have to do is maintain, pay full attention, and trust the process, the journey. Find your movement, create a daily habit, meet yourself where you are at, speak your gratitude on the daily, send out those daily intentions and LIVE in the moment every single day!
