What is a will
A will is a legal document where you state:
- Who will receive your property and assets after you die
- Who will manage your estate (executor)
- Who will care for your minor children (guardian, if applicable)
Without a will, your estate is distributed under Belize intestacy laws, which can cause delays, disputes, and extra costs.
