New Rule- No Marketing

Unfortunately, a comment had to be removed because it was marketing a business. While we understand that many of our students are business owners and professionals, this platform is strictly for education and discussion related to real estate.

From time to time, students may reference their work for context; however, active marketing, advertising, solicitations, or promotional messages of any kind are not permitted, including private messages. Our goal is to maintain a focused learning environment without members being bombarded by ads.

If you are receiving unsolicited marketing messages in your inbox, please notify the administration immediately so appropriate action can be taken, including blocking the member if necessary.
