Operate From Identity You are not “trying” to be a 100K agent. You are a disciplined business owner building a 100K machine. Faith without structure is hope. Structure without action is procrastination. Action with faith and structure? That’s commission.

Talk to homeowners every day Past clients, your database, and your community already trust you. Stay in conversation with them consistently. 2. Show up online like the listing expert Post market updates, seller tips, and neighborhood activity. Sellers choose the agent they see the most. 3. Prospect around activity New listings, pendings, and recent sales create opportunity. That’s where listing conversations naturally happen. Listings don’t come from motivation they come from daily actions. Small actions. Repeated daily. Create listing momentum.
