Faith builds the foundation. Structure builds the business. Execution builds the commission. Most agents don’t fail because of lack of talent. They fail because they lack a system. If you’re believing for 6 figures this year, your daily actions have to match that vision. Here’s today’s assignment inside the 100K+ Commission System: 🎯 1. Clarify Your Target - How many closings do you need to hit $100K+? - How many appointments does that require? - How many conversations does that require weekly? Break the goal down until it becomes math. 📞 2. Set Your Non-Negotiables (Today) - 25 outbound conversations - 5 follow-ups from your CRM - 1 value post on social - 1 invite to this community Consistency creates momentum. 🧠 3. Operate From Identity You are not “trying” to be a 100K agent. You are a disciplined business owner building a 100K machine. Faith without structure is hope. Structure without action is procrastination. Action with faith and structure? That’s commission.

🚨 Solar Panels on a Listing? Read This.
Real estate agents this is where deals either get smooth… or messy. When you’re taking a listing with solar, don’t just “note it” investigate it. Here’s the checklist I use: ✅ Is it owned, financed, or leased? ✅ Request the full solar agreement ✅ Get a recent electric bill ✅ Check for UCC filings or liens ✅ Confirm transfer requirements (if leased) If it’s owned and paid off → position it as a value add. If it’s leased → control the narrative with numbers. Buyers don’t hate solar. They hate uncertainty. Sometimes a seller credit or prepaying a few months helps but most of the time, clarity wins. Agents who ask better questions at the listing appointment protect their commission later. Inside this community, we’re not just taking listings. We’re structuring clean deals. Most agents don’t have a lead problem they have a consistency problem. If you want more listings, simplify your approach: 1. Talk to homeowners every day Past clients, your database, and your community already trust you. Stay in conversation with them consistently. 2. Show up online like the listing expert Post market updates, seller tips, and neighborhood activity. Sellers choose the agent they see the most. 3. Prospect around activity New listings, pendings, and recent sales create opportunity. That’s where listing conversations naturally happen. Listings don’t come from motivation they come from daily actions. Small actions. Repeated daily. Create listing momentum.
