Today’s assignment:
• Update all pipeline stages
• Remove dead leads
• Add follow-up notes
• Set next action dates
• Respond to old conversations
• Check your automations are working properly
Remember:The money is usually in the follow-up agents forget to make.
Even if a lead said:
❌ “Not right now”
❌ “Maybe later”
❌ “I’m waiting”
…that does NOT mean dead lead.
