How to sell the same service at a higher ticket?
How do I sell my services on a higher ticket size? I get this question a lot from agency owners and Sales professionals. We all want to increase our ticket size but don’t know how to do this. Affiliates close the same client for $10,000 and outsource the work to us whereas we are unable to close the same client for $3000, why? The answer? It's not just about your brand or where you stand in the market. It's about understanding that what matters to us is price, but what matters to the client is value. When we focus on delivering real value, we can increase our prices threefold Value is related to the problem that we are trying to solve, the bigger the problem the more value is created for the solution we are offering. Think of a sales call as a consultation call, your goal is to identify the pain and offer a solution (i.e your service). Now that we know that value is directly related to the size of the problem, how to find this problem? Probing - the skill of asking the right questions to identify the pain. We are more focused on telling the client how many fortune 500 companies we’ve worked with or how we have the best team of PPC Managers who will increase revenue within `12 weeks by doing X, Y and Z without even asking if they’ve already tried doing X, Y and Z. We need to ask the right questions. Too often, we talk about our achievements instead of understanding the client's issues. Let's focus on their challenges rather than our successes. By doing this, we build trust and show we can provide tailored solutions. Some examples of good probing questions would be; How are you currently managing your PPC? Why are you looking to expand your team of PPC managers? (Client says that they are not satisfied with the current revenue or numbers their team is producing) How is that affecting your business? What strategies have you tried before to decrease your TACOS? How would you describe your ideal PPC Agency/Freelancer? Asking open ended questions often lead to more fruitful conversations where our clients open up and reply in sentences rather than giving a one word response. Master the skill of asking open ended questions.

How to sell the same service at a higher ticket?
I am building a Landing Page Service using web flow
Last year, I got my landing page done by a UK service provider, and I saw an opportunity for this. Since then, I have been researching this and building my Ecom Automation agency. My ecom agency is stable, and I plan to diversify into the Website industry, starting from Landing pages. I am open to any ideas; ideally, if anyone is already doing it, I can hop on a call.
Get Your First Client In 30 Days
I learned this from charles miller so thought to share with you all. I see a lot of people who know how to write but aren't sure how to get hired to write. So, let's go through the basic process of getting a client. Step #1: Create a Specific Offer The last thing you want is to reach out to clients with nothing to offer. It might seem like this would help you get business, because you can give them whatever they need, but it actually does the opposite. You can adjust your offer slightly depending on client needs, but you need to have an exact thing that you do. Example: Writing 10 SEO-optimized blog posts per month. Step #2: Choose One Outreach Method The best outreach systems are omnichannel, meaning that they involve multiple methods (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc). Those are more for agencies than they are for beginner freelance writers, though. As a beginner, you probably want to choose just one outreach method. Email, LinkedIn, and other social platforms are all good choices. Step #3: Choose a Specific Niche Again, you want to go deep, not wide. Don't reach out to everyone. Instead, choose a niche and commit to it. Some examples are wellness, tech, and ad agencies. Step #4: Do Outreach Every Day (Or Close To It) Put outreach into your daily schedule, and do it no matter what. Somewhere around 10-25 personalized messages per day are the sweet spot. After a few weeks, you'll be contacting some amount of new businesses per day and doing some amount of follow-ups every day. When I'm doing outreach, I usually send 10 new messages a day, so on week three, I'm sending about 30 total (10 new ones and 20 follow-ups). The goal of these messages is to set up a call. Step #5: Have Discovery & Sales Calls The best way to sell is over the phone. Doing so with two calls (one to get to know them and their needs, then another to sell your offer) is usually best, especially if your price is high. If your price is somewhat low and/or you have social proof already, just one call can work. An example of this is finding clients on Upwork, where you have a profile with successful jobs in the past and the client already know what they need.
