She Lifts Stronger is a private community for mums and women who’ve been told:
“Never lift again.”
“That’s just your body now.”
“Just do kegels.”
…or who are asking, “How do I safely return to exercise after having babies?”
This space is for women who want to move and train with confidence, including those navigating pelvic floor symptoms, prolapse, pain or returning to exercise postpartum.
The free community includes challenges, exercise adjustments, education and connection.
Paid access - Train with me in person (Adelaide, SA) receive weekly workouts, guest speakers and coaching support. Training is full body, strength and conditioning, pelvic-floor aware and designed to support real life.
Hi, I’m Lara, a certified personal trainer, postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and yin yoga instructor. After being told not to lift due to prolapse and levator avulsion, I rebuilt anyway.
She Lifts Stronger exists so women don’t have to choose between being cautious and being strong.
