More Muscle Challenge Begins
Well, I'm not finished posting videos from my previous challenge, but today marks Day 1 of my Summer Challenge, and I invite you to join along. 💦 Cardio is done. 🚰 5g of creatine for the very first time, consumed. I tried it with water today, and it has an awful after taste. But it's done and dusted. 🦾Weight training this afternoon with my partner, who was so inspired by my 8 week-shred dedication that he has decided to do this challenge with me. Do you prefer a workout buddy or do you like to go at it alone?
