Before the phone and noise of the world, I want yall to start stepping outside when you rise. Open that window . Pause.
Recognize that the birds don’t rush. They don’t question their timing. They just SIMPLY ARE.
Let that be your reminder this rising , you DONT have to force today , you DONT have to control everything. Just simply ALIGN yourself with this type of frequency.
Morning Practice:
• Step outside for 3–5 minutes.
• No phone.
• Just listen. Listen to the birds. Get into that frequency and almost “drift” off into that frequency.
• Feel your feet on the ground.
• Take 5 slow breaths.
