Friday not only just about niggaa we made it lmao it’s also about reflection. ✔️ What did you execute well? ✔️ Where did you overreact or rush? ✔️ What are you proud of yourself for? Real growth happens when you observe yourself without judgment. Today, move slower. Be aware of your thoughts. Finish the week STRONG and not scattered. Rise At The Frequency Of The Birds 🦅
Before the phone and noise of the world, I want yall to start stepping outside when you rise. Open that window . Pause. Recognize that the birds don’t rush. They don’t question their timing. They just SIMPLY ARE. Let that be your reminder this rising , you DONT have to force today , you DONT have to control everything. Just simply ALIGN yourself with this type of frequency. Morning Practice: • Step outside for 3–5 minutes. • No phone. • Just listen. Listen to the birds. Get into that frequency and almost “drift” off into that frequency. • Feel your feet on the ground. • Take 5 slow breaths. COMMENT “ BIRD ENERGY “ if you fw this practice!

RETURN TO YOURSELF WITHIN — MONK SUNDAY
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to the timeless energy that has ALWAYS been within you. Monk behavior is simple. Shifting away from the state of doing… and back into the state of being. Today we move different, THE MONK WAY. 🌅 MORNING MONK PRACTICE 1. Wake up and DO NOT grab your phone for 30 minutes. 2. Sit somewhere quiet. No music. No stimulation. 3. Take 10 slow breaths .. in through the nose 4 secs , out through the mouth 6 seconds. 4. Just BE. Clear your mind. If you drift off, just gently come back to your body. You also just want to let yourself be and do not block any thoughts. Just simply don’t put your attention and energy into them. Let them BE and gently move on. After about 5 mins of this, gently move on to Number 5. 5. Ask yourself: Who am I when I’m not rushing? What does calm feel like in my body right now? Move slower than usual this morning. Walk slower. Eat slower. Speak softer. You are training your nervous system to lead , not react. Tonight, I’ll post a Monk Wind-Down Practice so we enter this new week grounded, not chaotic. Today is about returning. Stay Tuned ! 😌

CALM RISING REGULATION RITUAL 🌞🌅
Before you touch your phone. BREATHE. 5–10 minutes of SILENT meditation. No music. Just you and your breath. Silence is extremely powerful. That’s where you hear yourself again. Then… Play the attached Rising Meditation on Spotify. Let it move through your body. Let it ground you. Let it calm your nervous system for the entire day. Gratitude mixed with regulated breath = clarity. Today’s Practice: 1. 5–10 minutes silent breathing. 2. Name 3 things you’re grateful for immediately after. 3. Press play. 4.
