Wtw ERRBODY ! 😁🧘🏽‍♀️ so the new year is coming up and 2026 we are grounding into the BODY HEAVILY. I know I have been preaching over this the last couple days but it’s the MISSING PIECE TO EVERYTHING ! The mind is overstimulated and reactive. The body holds truth, safety, intuition, and discipline. Most people don’t lack strategy. They lack self-confidence. And self-confidence does NOT come from thinking more. It comes from a regulated nervous system. If your body isn’t calm, you will overtrade. If your body isn’t grounded, you will rush entries. If your body isn’t regulated, you won’t trust yourself. This applies to life AND trading. That’s why this next phase is body regulation DAILY. We are training the nervous system to feel safe holding consistency, money, patience, and growth. WEEKEND PRACTICE (START NOW): For the next 2 days, do this once a day: • 5–10 minutes slow breathing (inhale through nose, slow exhale) • Stand or walk barefoot if possible • No phone, no music, no distractions and become still within your body for ATLEAST 10-15 MINS anytime through out your day. This is not about doing more. It’s about feeling more grounded. 💯💯 Next week we go deeper. I’m telling yall this finna change EVERYTHING !!! 🤣🤣🔥🔥 LETS GROW ! We ARE grounding ourselves HEAVILY and regulating our body before touching the charts. 💯 So today, take 10–15 minutes (midday if you can): - Put the phone down - Go sit in a quiet room - No music, no TV, no scrolling - Breathe slow ( inhale for about 4 seconds and exhale for about 6 seconds. You want this to be hella slow and regulated breathing not all fast and hard 💯) - Let your nervous system fully calm down and put all awareness on the BODY If your body is chaotic, your chart work is gonna be chaotic too 💯 AFTER those 10–15 minutes, get into chart practice. Today is NOT for trading. This is REPETITION + STRUCTURE. - Pick ONE pair - Pick ONE timeframe - Pick ONE setup only - Scroll back and replay price - Mark entries, SL, TP - Journal HOW YOU felt . DO NOT JOURNAL YOUR RESULTS . Fuck a win and lose right now. We regulating our emotions and body so that’s what we have to ZONE in on !! We gonna do this over and over. Regulate → charts → repeat. GRAND RISING ERRBODY 🤩🔥 I usually turn on affirmations and vibrations, but lately I’ve been slowing it down and just being silent and breathing as soon as I wake up.💯 I want yall to take a few deep breaths and tune into what’s around you. Listen to the birds, feel the air, catch the frequency. That’s real grounding. I’ve been starting my risings like this and THEN grabbing my 5-minute gratitude journal and writing once I feel settled in my body. Game changer fr. That phone? Whole other dimension 😭 nonstop stimulation and chaos all day. Give yourself a few minutes in your world first. Do this EVERY rising. Nothing extreme , just real intentional. BODY REGULATION > EVERYTHING 🧠➡️🫀
The last week I’ve been moving DIFFERENT. I stopped trying to fix everything in my mind… and started regulating my body. In a high-stimulated world like this, your body is what gets overloaded FIRST. If your body isn’t regulated, your mind don’t stand a chance AT ALL!! Especially in trading, business, or decision making. So I’ve been locking in on body regulation heavy. Not thinking my way out of sht, feeling my way back into alignment. Some of the practices I’ve been doing: - breathwork (slow + intentional) - fire gazing - Mirror work - yoga / stretching - silence - no phone in the morning - grounding - just being still This is where the real regulation starts. When your nervous system is calm, your emotions chill. When your emotions chill, your decisions get cleaner. When your decisions get cleaner… the charts start making sense again. Over the next few weeks, we’re going DEEP into this. I’m regulating the fuck out of my body ON GOD!! and I’m doing the same for errbody in here. We’ll still get into the charts, but this is the FOUNDATION. You don’t need more strategy. You need a regulated body that can EXECUTE. This is how we become different. This is how we stop self-sabotaging. This is how we win for real. Lock TF in. 💯🔥 #bodyregulation
