Option A — “5-Minute Stillness Check-In”
•Take 5 minutes a day to sit in silence. No music, no phone.
Just breathe and notice what thoughts rise.
Write down ONE thing your spirit is trying to tell you.
Option B — “Gratitude Awareness Walk”
•Go on a short walk (inside or outside) and spend the whole time naming what you’re grateful for — out loud or in your mind.
This opens your frequency FAST!
Option C — “Connect With Your Highest Self Moment”
•Take a moment this weekend to ask:
“If my highest self was here in this moment, what would they notice, release, or appreciate?’
Write your answer in your notes.”
