Systems beat hacks every time
The 1% hack feels slick until it breaks at 3am. The system that took 2 hours to build stays running for 2 years.
Automated processes > manual solutions. Repeatable patterns > one-off tricks. Document it so someone else (or future you) can use it. That's how you build momentum.
