7 Day Challenge - Day 6
🕉 OM...or AUM...are such wonderful vibrations. Twas a cool experience to actually observe where the vibrations settle within the body. Not done this before so that was new. The Buddhist quote..."Earth is where the deathless come to die" seemed to tie so neatly into the OMing and is still hitting home as I type this 🙏🏻
7 Day Challenge - Day 5
Vibrate your inner child into unity with yourself. Wow. The are so many nuggets of healing and wisdom when we go inward and connect to the earliest pure form of ourselves 🙏🏻 Big fan of chanting...when I remember when to do it...and the humming is a nice way to stack on to things like cold showers or stretching. Awesome ❤️
7 Day Challenge: Day 1 Observations
Day 1 - Reflections & Observations: Thanks @Matthew Williamson for creating this. The initial idea of a visual digital detox is great. Completely agree that Humans spend so much time on their phones and technology that any way to give us a break, especially when personal growth is involved, is awesome. In the book the 'Secrets of the Millionaire Mind', the author recommends running your finger across your throat whenever you complain. This acts as a trigger and links to the physiological experience you need to get comfortable with when sitting with emotions. Love the part about the Path unfolds FOR you...and but taking responsibility for your World, and not complaining, you stay in an upwards vibration for creation. Thank once again 🙏🏻 ✌🏻❤️🥋
7 Day Challenge - Day 4
Day 4: Sighing & clenching was a new one for me. Noticed a lot of yawning — clear nervous system release??? Loved the reminder that what we seek has always been shining. Science helps validate it, but the real understanding comes from feeling it in the body like Mattew said. I’ll be adding this into my daily practice, especially in the evenings for a while to see what i observe🙏🏻
7 Day Challenge - Day 3
Cold 🥶🧊❄️ exposure challenge. I'mm a big fan of cold exposure. I’ve experimented with cold showers and ice baths for some time, though not always consistently. Cold showers have been more consistent for me, but right now it’s summer where I am, so they’re not exactly that cold. Also a big fan of Wim Hof breathwork! 🫁😤🌬 so thank you for the post. I really like the idea of adding a heater when you’re in the depth of winter to make the experience more enjoyable. That said, I do think one of the benefits of not using a heater is that the body starts to generate its own chemical response and energetic process. At the same time, I’m curious to experiment with an energy rise during cold exposure, which I haven’t fully explored yet. I’ve been playing around with a kind of fire-breathing or energy-rise breathing—circular breathing—once the initial shock of the cold passes and the warmth begins to build internally. Honestly, it’s an awesome practice. I highly recommend it. And I completely agree—start slowly, build up over time, and let the experience unfold naturally as you walk the path.
